Villa Aquamarine is a beautiful beach house located in the gated community of Orient Bay right behind the beach.
It features on the 2nd floor 2 bedrooms with King size beds and en-suite bathroom that both have access to a large terrace overlooking the private pool and yard.
The ground floor has a 3rd bathroom, a brand new kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine and dryer), and a living room with a sofa bed. It is open on a large terrace with dining table and garden lounge.
Sunbeds are arranged around the private pool to enjoy the sun of Orient Beach.
Restaurants, beach bars, grocery store, bakery, watersports... everything is at walking distance!

Our stay at Villa Aquamarine was simply unforgettable. The house is beautifully designed and located just steps from the beach in the gated community of Orient Bay. We loved waking up to the ocean breeze and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the private pool and yard. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and having en-suite bathrooms was a great convenience. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the nearby restaurants and bakery were perfect for dining out. We spent our days lounging by the pool and exploring the local beach bars and watersports. Villa Aquamarine provided the perfect blend of luxury and convenience for our family vacation.

Villa Aquamarine exceeded all our expectations! The location is unbeatable, right behind the beach in Orient Bay. The two upstairs bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms were a dream, and the large terrace with pool views was a lovely spot to relax. The ground floor's open layout, including a modern kitchen and comfortable living room, was ideal for our group. We loved having the third bathroom and extra space with the sofa bed. The outdoor terrace and garden lounge were perfect for evening dinners and drinks. With everything from restaurants to watersports within walking distance, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Saint Martin.

Staying at Villa Aquamarine was like living in paradise! The house is gorgeous, with a private pool and beautiful yard that provided a serene retreat. The second-floor bedrooms were luxurious, each with access to a large terrace where we spent many evenings enjoying the view. The fully equipped kitchen was fantastic for cooking, but we also loved exploring the local dining options just a short walk away. The ground floor was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable living room and a third bathroom, which was very convenient. The proximity to the beach and local amenities made our stay incredibly enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!

Payment
The reservation is confirmed on receipt by the owner/agent of a copy of the current contract and a deposit of 30% of the rental price.
The balance will be due 60 days before your arrival. A reminder will be sent by email.
For last minute reservations (Less than 60 days before arrival), the total amount shall be paid.
The tenant must inform the agent in the event that he or she will arrive late.
Cancellation policy
If the tenant does not arrive on the agreed day and subsequently does not contact the agent within 24 hours, the contract is considered null and void. In such cases, the agent will keep any payment. The agent will also be free to trent the property to other tenants.
Rebooking at later dates is considered as cancellation. Deposit will be only applied to future booking if property is rebooked for initial dates.
Damage deposit
In order to cover any possible breakages or damage to the property, you will be asked to give a major credit card as security deposit.
The damage deposit is 25% of the total amount but no charges will be applied to the card unless there is damage to the apartment or it’s furniture during the rental period.
If the cost of repairing damage or breakages is higher than the sum of the deposit, the tenant agrees to pay the difference. The damage deposit can in no way be considered as part of the rental price for t amounthe property.
