Our stay at Villa Anse Marcel was nothing short of spectacular. The location is truly unbeatable—nestled in the hillside with stunning views of the bay and Anguilla. Waking up to those panoramic vistas was a dream. The villa itself is beautifully designed and equipped with everything we could need. Each bedroom having its own en-suite bathroom was a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more comfortable for our group.
The outdoor spaces were the highlight for us—the private pool and jacuzzi overlooking the scenery were pure bliss. We spent hours lounging on the terrace, enjoying meals and soaking up the tranquil atmosphere. The short walk to Anse Marcel Beach was a bonus, giving us easy access to a pristine stretch of sand and calm waters.

Villa Anse Marcel exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by its charm and breathtaking setting. The villa’s layout is perfect for families or groups, with spacious bedrooms that ensure everyone has their own private retreat. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living room was a cozy spot for unwinding in the evenings.
The outdoor area was where we spent most of our time. The pool and jacuzzi, paired with those incredible hillside views, created a serene and luxurious ambiance. The terrace was a favorite spot for breakfast and sunset drinks, offering a front-row seat to the beauty of Saint Martin.

The outdoor amenities were the highlight for us. The private pool and jacuzzi felt like our personal oasis, and the terrace was perfect for dining al fresco or soaking up the sun. The villa’s proximity to Anse Marcel Beach was another plus. It’s a short walk or quick drive to one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever seen.
We also appreciated how close the villa was to great restaurants and local attractions. It offered the perfect mix of seclusion and accessibility. Our time here was truly magical, and we left feeling refreshed and inspired. We can’t recommend this villa enough!

Payment
The reservation is confirmed on receipt by the owner/agent of a copy of the current contract and a deposit of 30% of the rental price.
The balance will be due 60 days before your arrival. A reminder will be sent by email.
For last minute reservations (Less than 60 days before arrival), the total amount shall be paid.
The tenant must inform the agent in the event that he or she will arrive late.
Cancellation policy
If the tenant does not arrive on the agreed day and subsequently does not contact the agent within 24 hours, the contract is considered null and void. In such cases, the agent will keep any payment. The agent will also be free to trent the property to other tenants.
Rebooking at later dates is considered as cancellation. Deposit will be only applied to future booking if property is rebooked for initial dates.
Damage deposit
In order to cover any possible breakages or damage to the property, you will be asked to give a major credit card as security deposit.
The damage deposit is 25% of the total amount but no charges will be applied to the card unless there is damage to the apartment or it’s furniture during the rental period.
If the cost of repairing damage or breakages is higher than the sum of the deposit, the tenant agrees to pay the difference. The damage deposit can in no way be considered as part of the rental price for t amounthe property.
