Mon Paradis Bleu is a beautiful beach house ideally located right behind the famous Orient Beach.
The house features 2 large bedrooms on the 2nd floor with King size beds. One has a very nice terrace offering a beautiful view on the pool and the ocean!
Both bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower and sink (separated toilet on 2nd floor too).
The ground floor includes a fully equipped american kitchen open on a bright living room with large dining table and a comfortable TV area. (Sofa bed)
The terrace with a 2nd dining table and outdoor sofa has direct access to the pool and then to the beach!
The house has a washing machine, a safe, WiFi (Fiber) and smart TV.
Mon Paradis Bleu has everything you need for great vacation, closed to everything, walking distance from the restaurants, the bakery..., the space for a family or group of friends and the view on the ocean!

Our stay at Mon Paradis Bleu was absolutely magical! The house is beautifully situated right behind the famous Orient Beach, making it incredibly convenient for beach lovers like us. The two large bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved the terrace that offered a breathtaking view of the pool and ocean. The fully equipped kitchen and bright living room made us feel right at home. We spent many evenings enjoying dinner on the terrace, listening to the waves. The proximity to restaurants and the bakery was a huge plus. Highly recommended for families and groups of friends looking for a perfect beach getaway!

Mon Paradis Bleu exceeded all our expectations. The location is unbeatable – just a few steps from Orient Beach, which is one of the best on the island. The house itself is beautifully designed with a modern American kitchen and a cozy living room. We loved having breakfast on the terrace every morning, with the ocean right in front of us. The bedrooms were comfortable, each with its own bathroom, which was great for privacy. The amenities, including the washing machine and smart TV, made our stay even more convenient. This beach house is ideal for anyone wanting to relax and enjoy the beauty of Saint Martin.

Staying at Mon Paradis Bleu was an unforgettable experience. The house is perfectly located right behind Orient Beach, providing stunning ocean views and easy access to the beach. The interior is spacious and well-appointed, with two large bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. We loved lounging by the private pool and dining on the terrace. The house is also within walking distance of great restaurants and a bakery, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The fiber WiFi and smart TV were nice touches, allowing us to stay connected and entertained. Mon Paradis Bleu is truly a gem and perfect for a family vacation or a trip with friends!

Rental contract
Payment
The reservation is confirmed on receipt by the owner/agent of a copy of the current contract and a deposit of 30% of the rental price.
The balance will be due 60 days before your arrival. A reminder will be sent by email.
For last minute reservations (Less than 60 days before arrival), the total amount shall be paid.
The tenant must inform the agent in the event that he or she will arrive late.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation of a stay during Christmas/New Eve Holiday – NO REFUND
- Cancellation at least 60 days before arrival – TOTAL REFUND
- Cancellation at least 45 days before arrival – REFUND OF DEPOSIT ONLY
- Cancellation less than 45 days before arrival – NO REFUND
If the tenant does not arrive on the agreed day and subsequently does not contact the agent within 24 hours, the contract is considered null and void. In such cases, the agent will keep any payment. The agent will also be free to trent the property to other tenants.
Rebooking at later dates is considered as cancellation. Deposit will be only applied to future booking if property is rebooked for initial dates.
Damage deposit
In order to cover any possible breakages or damage to the property, you will be asked to give a major credit card as security deposit.
The damage deposit is 25% of the total amount but no charges will be applied to the card unless there is damage to the apartment or it’s furniture during the rental period.
If the cost of repairing damage or breakages is higher than the sum of the deposit, the tenant agrees to pay the difference. The damage deposit can in no way be considered as part of the rental price for t amounthe property.
