This lovely 80m2 house features 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (one with a King-size bed, the other with a Queen-size bed) and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a terrace to enjoy the breeze.
On the ground floor, the open and fully equipped kitchen opens up to the tastefully decorated living room in natural tones.
You can enjoy your meals on the private, semi-covered terrace, which has direct access to the residence's swimming pool.
This charming house was completely renovated in 2022 and now has a water cistern to ensure uninterrupted water supply.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Agama! The location couldn't have been better, just steps away from the stunning Orient Beach. The villa itself was immaculate, with spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the private terrace and taking dips in the refreshing pool. The convenience of having restaurants and shops within walking distance made our vacation even more enjoyable. Can't wait to return!

Our stay at Villa Agama exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and modern amenities of the villa. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The highlight was definitely the pool area, where we spent many relaxing hours soaking up the sun. The proximity to Orient Beach made it easy for us to enjoy water sports and beach activities. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend Villa Agama to anyone visiting Saint Martin!

Villa Agama provided the perfect setting for our family vacation in Saint Martin. The villa's location near Orient Beach was ideal for us, as we spent most of our days lounging on the sand and swimming in the crystal-clear waters. The villa itself was beautifully decorated and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a spacious living area. We appreciated the attention to detail, such as the private terrace overlooking the pool, where we enjoyed leisurely breakfasts and evening cocktails. Our children especially loved having their own space to play and swim. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and we can't wait to come back again!

Rental contract
Payment
The reservation is confirmed on receipt by the owner/agent of a copy of the current contract and a deposit of 30% of the rental price.
The balance will be due 60 days before your arrival. A reminder will be sent by email.
For last minute reservations (Less than 60 days before arrival), the total amount shall be paid.
The tenant must inform the agent in the event that he or she will arrive late.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation of a stay during Christmas/New Eve Holiday – NO REFUND
- Cancellation at least 60 days before arrival – TOTAL REFUND
- Cancellation at least 45 days before arrival – REFUND OF DEPOSIT ONLY
- Cancellation less than 45 days before arrival – NO REFUND
If the tenant does not arrive on the agreed day and subsequently does not contact the agent within 24 hours, the contract is considered null and void. In such cases, the agent will keep any payment. The agent will also be free to trent the property to other tenants.
Rebooking at later dates is considered as cancellation. Deposit will be only applied to future booking if property is rebooked for initial dates.
Damage deposit
In order to cover any possible breakages or damage to the property, you will be asked to give a major credit card as security deposit.
The damage deposit is 25% of the total amount but no charges will be applied to the card unless there is damage to the apartment or it’s furniture during the rental period.
If the cost of repairing damage or breakages is higher than the sum of the deposit, the tenant agrees to pay the difference. The damage deposit can in no way be considered as part of the rental price for t amounthe property.
