Our stay at Maison Casanova was absolutely fantastic! The house perfectly blends privacy and sociability, making it ideal for our family getaway. The fully equipped kitchen made meal preparations a breeze, and we loved dining al fresco on the private terrace. The direct access to the shared pool was a highlight for our kids, who spent hours splashing around while we lounged under the beautiful blue skies of Orient Bay. The location is unbeatable, with Orient Bay Beach just a short stroll away. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurants, which offered a delightful variety of cuisines. Maison Casanova was the perfect choice for our friends' getaway. The two bedrooms and bathrooms provided ample space and comfort for everyone. The house is beautifully designed, and the kitchen opens into the living area, creating a wonderful communal space. We spent most of our evenings on the terrace, enjoying meals and each other’s company. The shared pool was a great spot for unwinding after a day of exploring. The proximity to Orient Bay Beach was a huge plus, as we could easily walk to the beach and enjoy the stunning scenery. The local restaurants nearby were fantastic, offering delicious food and a great atmosphere. We had an incredible time at Maison Casanova and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Saint Martin.

Staying at Maison Casanova was an unforgettable experience. The house offers a perfect mix of privacy and social spaces, making it ideal for our family vacation. We loved the fully equipped kitchen and often enjoyed our meals on the terrace, taking in the beautiful surroundings. The kids had a blast at the shared pool, while we relaxed with a book or simply soaked up the sun. The location is excellent, just steps from the gorgeous Orient Bay Beach, where we spent many days swimming and enjoying the clear waters. The nearby restaurants were fantastic, offering a range of delicious options. Maison Casanova truly felt like a home away from home, and we cherished every moment of our stay. We highly recommend it for a wonderful Caribbean escape.

Rental contract
Payment
The reservation is confirmed on receipt by the owner/agent of a copy of the current contract and a deposit of 30% of the rental price.
The balance will be due 60 days before your arrival. A reminder will be sent by email.
For last minute reservations (Less than 60 days before arrival), the total amount shall be paid.
The tenant must inform the agent in the event that he or she will arrive late.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation of a stay during Christmas/New Eve Holiday – NO REFUND
- Cancellation at least 60 days before arrival – TOTAL REFUND
- Cancellation at least 45 days before arrival – REFUND OF DEPOSIT ONLY
- Cancellation less than 45 days before arrival – NO REFUND
If the tenant does not arrive on the agreed day and subsequently does not contact the agent within 24 hours, the contract is considered null and void. In such cases, the agent will keep any payment. The agent will also be free to trent the property to other tenants.
Rebooking at later dates is considered as cancellation. Deposit will be only applied to future booking if property is rebooked for initial dates.
Damage deposit
In order to cover any possible breakages or damage to the property, you will be asked to give a major credit card as security deposit.
The damage deposit is 25% of the total amount but no charges will be applied to the card unless there is damage to the apartment or it’s furniture during the rental period.
If the cost of repairing damage or breakages is higher than the sum of the deposit, the tenant agrees to pay the difference. The damage deposit can in no way be considered as part of the rental price for t amounthe property.
