Welcome to Lapis Bleu, a ground floor beachfront unit on Orient Beach being steps away from all amenities. The village square, the bakeries, grocery store are close by ; and the white sand of Orient Beach and its various French Riviera-like Restaurants are right off the terrace pass the common pool.
The unit features an oversized room with a fully equipped American Kitchen, living room with a large TV, indoor dining area and two bedrooms with each it’s ensuite bathroom renovated with taste.
The outdoor area, a true invitation to lounge offers another dining area and lounge seating that will most certainly punctuate perfect days at the beach.
Both bedrooms offer King Beds with upscale bedding. The entire decor and atmosphere of white, blue and turquoise hues are a subtle reminder of the sea at your feet, the sand on your toes and blue skies above.

We had the most wonderful time at Lapis Bleu. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beauty of the surroundings and the warmth of the welcome. The unit was tastefully decorated with a coastal-inspired theme, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The proximity to Orient Beach meant that we could easily enjoy leisurely strolls along the shore and indulge in delicious meals at the nearby restaurants. We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and recharge.

Our stay at Lapis Bleu exceeded all expectations. The location was unbeatable, with direct access to Orient Beach and a host of amenities right on our doorstep. The unit itself was thoughtfully designed and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and inviting retreat after a day of exploring. We especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the upscale bedding to the stylish decor. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. We're already dreaming of our next visit to Lapis Bleu!

Payment
The reservation is confirmed on receipt by the owner/agent of a copy of the current contract and a deposit of 30% of the rental price.
The balance will be due 60 days before your arrival. A reminder will be sent by email.
For last minute reservations (Less than 60 days before arrival), the total amount shall be paid.
The tenant must inform the agent in the event that he or she will arrive late.
Cancellation policy
If the tenant does not arrive on the agreed day and subsequently does not contact the agent within 24 hours, the contract is considered null and void. In such cases, the agent will keep any payment. The agent will also be free to trent the property to other tenants.
Rebooking at later dates is considered as cancellation. Deposit will be only applied to future booking if property is rebooked for initial dates.
Damage deposit
In order to cover any possible breakages or damage to the property, you will be asked to give a major credit card as security deposit.
The damage deposit is 25% of the total amount but no charges will be applied to the card unless there is damage to the apartment or it’s furniture during the rental period.
If the cost of repairing damage or breakages is higher than the sum of the deposit, the tenant agrees to pay the difference. The damage deposit can in no way be considered as part of the rental price for t amounthe property.
