A Perfect Tropical Getaway! Our stay at French Kiss was nothing short of amazing! The apartment is beautifully renovated, blending modern comforts with the charm of a tropical paradise. We especially loved the spacious living room that opened onto a terrace with stunning views of Orient Bay beach. The sound of the waves was incredibly relaxing, and having direct access to the beach and the residence's pool made our vacation effortless. The two bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family. We couldn’t have asked for a better location—close to great restaurants and shops. We’re already planning our return!

A Slice of Paradise in Orient Bay French Kiss was everything we could have hoped for and more. From the moment we walked in, the bright and airy space made us feel at home. The views from the terrace were breathtaking, and it was the perfect spot for our morning coffee or evening cocktails while listening to the waves. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, though we couldn’t resist trying out the nearby restaurants. The bedrooms were lovely, and having two bathrooms was a great bonus. Its prime location and proximity to the beach, shops, and dining options made it super convenient for us. A truly memorable stay!

Unforgettable Vacation Spot! We had an incredible stay at French Kiss! The apartment is not only beautifully decorated but also ideally located. Being just steps away from the beach and the pool was such a luxury, and the views from the terrace were absolutely to die for. The layout was perfect for our group of friends, with two comfortable bedrooms and plenty of space to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed, but we often ended up walking to the nearby restaurants. If you’re looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Saint Martin, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Payment
The reservation is confirmed on receipt by the owner/agent of a copy of the current contract and a deposit of 30% of the rental price.
The balance will be due 60 days before your arrival. A reminder will be sent by email.
For last minute reservations (Less than 60 days before arrival), the total amount shall be paid.
The tenant must inform the agent in the event that he or she will arrive late.
Cancellation policy
If the tenant does not arrive on the agreed day and subsequently does not contact the agent within 24 hours, the contract is considered null and void. In such cases, the agent will keep any payment. The agent will also be free to trent the property to other tenants.
Rebooking at later dates is considered as cancellation. Deposit will be only applied to future booking if property is rebooked for initial dates.
Damage deposit
In order to cover any possible breakages or damage to the property, you will be asked to give a major credit card as security deposit.
The damage deposit is 25% of the total amount but no charges will be applied to the card unless there is damage to the apartment or it’s furniture during the rental period.
If the cost of repairing damage or breakages is higher than the sum of the deposit, the tenant agrees to pay the difference. The damage deposit can in no way be considered as part of the rental price for t amounthe property.
