Casita Pineapple is a ground floor apartment, completely renovated and ideally nestled by the beach in the highly sought-after neighborhood of Baie Orientale in Saint Martin.

 

It offers a king-size bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, as well as a spacious living room (with sofa-bed) opening onto a covered deck terrace overlooking the turquoise sea.

 

The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for your comfort. A concierge service is available for your restaurant reservations, activities, and much more. You will enjoy free internet access via Wi-Fi (fiber), and air conditioning is provided in the bedroom and living room.

 

The modern kitchen, with its dining area, opens onto the living room and the outdoor terrace. You will have at your disposal a large refrigerator with freezer, an induction cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee maker, a toaster, as well as all the dishes and utensils necessary for four people.

The covered deck terrace is equipped with a dining table to enjoy your evenings outdoors facing the Caribbean Sea. A small outdoor shower is also available.

 

The spacious bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a smart TV. All bed linens, towels, and beach towels are provided.

 

The residence's pool is secured by a fence for children's protection, and we can also provide a baby cot.

 

Upon arriving at Casita Pineapple, you will have a private parking space. You can access the beach and its numerous "Beach Clubs" just steps from your door.

 

At nightfall, you can stroll to the small village square of Baie Orientale, located just a few minutes' walk from the apartment, to spend a pleasant evening. Many shops are accessible within a five-minute walk, including a bakery, a small supermarket, a tobacco shop, an Italian delicatessen, a butcher, and many other shops to meet all your needs.

A Serene Beachfront Haven!

Our stay at Casita Pineapple was nothing short of perfect. The apartment is beautifully renovated with modern amenities and a tasteful decor that made us feel right at home. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and waking up to the sound of the waves was a dream. The covered deck terrace with its stunning view of the turquoise sea became our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening meals.

Casita Pineapple was the perfect place for our family vacation. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen and a washer. Our kids loved the pool, which is safely fenced, and we appreciated having a private parking space. The proximity to the beach and local shops made our stay so convenient. We particularly enjoyed the small village square of Baie Orientale in the evenings. The beach clubs were fantastic, offering great food and drinks right on the sand. The provided beach towels and the baby cot were great added conveniences. Highly recommend this place for families!

 Rental contract

Payment

The reservation is confirmed on receipt by the owner/agent of a copy of the current contract and a deposit of 30% of the rental price. 


The balance will be due 60 days before your arrival. A reminder will be sent by email.


For last minute reservations (Less than 60 days before arrival), the total amount shall be paid.

The tenant must inform the agent in the event that he or she will arrive late.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation of a stay during Christmas/New Eve Holiday – NO REFUND
  • Cancellation at least 60 days before arrival – TOTAL REFUND
  • Cancellation at least 45 days before arrival – REFUND OF DEPOSIT ONLY
  • Cancellation less than 45 days before arrival – NO REFUND


If the tenant does not arrive on the agreed day and subsequently does not contact the agent within 24 hours, the contract is considered null and void. In such cases, the agent will keep any payment. The agent will also be free to trent the property to other tenants.


Rebooking at later dates is considered as cancellation. Deposit will be only applied to future booking if property is rebooked for initial dates.

Damage deposit

In order to cover any possible breakages or damage to the property, you will be asked to give a major credit card as security deposit. 


The damage deposit is 25% of the total amount but no charges will be applied to the card unless there is damage to the apartment or it’s furniture during the rental period.


If the cost of repairing damage or breakages is higher than the sum of the deposit, the tenant agrees to pay the difference. The damage deposit can in no way be considered as part of the rental price for t amounthe property.
